In response to the arrest of two Roadblock EarthFirst! activists on felony racketeering charges for direct actions against the Interstate 69 boondoggle, a panel discussion titled "Criminalizing Dissent" was held at the Earth House Collective Cafe in downtown Indianapolis. Panelists included journalist Thomas P. Healy, activist Jessica Neisler, attorneys Mick Harrison and Mark Sniderman, and Bloomington Alternative editor Steven Higgs.
